Wrap-Up Insurance

The aim of wrap-up insurance is to protect you against construction site liability through a single policy.

Our professionals will help you take out this type of insurance if a client requires it.

This insurance aims to have civil liability assumed by contract and distinct from that of the contractor. It only applies to the construction contract and allows all stakeholders on a construction site to be included throughout the duration of the project.

It is applicable in the vast majority of institutional contracts in the public sector such as School Boards, CIUSSS, Universities, etc.

Our company is a subsidiary of PMA Assurances and we are present in 11 branches in Quebec. You can therefore benefit from our local advisory services in Trois-Rivières, Shawinigan, Grand-Mère, Coaticook, Sherbrooke, Magog, Lac-Mégantic, Valcourt, Val-des-Sources, La Tuque and Saint-Marc-des-Carrières.

Insurance services are offered by the damage insurance and financial services firm PMA Assurances. It deals with the largest companies in Canada in order to advise individuals, businesses as well as groups and associations towards the range of services that best meets their needs in terms of group insurance, professional insurance and cyber risks, financial planning as well as in all areas of damage insurance. Did You Know ?

General civil liability will cover the company individually if the manager of the latter has subscribed to it.

However, wrap-up insurance will cover all stakeholders (subcontractors) on the site even though it is a civil liability insurance policy specifically associated with a contract. This product is therefore perfect for construction sites of all types of size.
